I bought this item a few monthes ago and I am very glad I did ... beyond a microwave that just heats it returns left over foods close to there original crispness. I have yet to make a pizza in it but it is my go to item to heat tortilla's, pizza's, ... I love it.

I bought this just before Christmas 2017, I really like using it, and I use it 4 to 5 times a week. Every thing about it is great except the solid tray buckles a little and can be hard to clean, even tho I use foil over it it holds onto any greese or oil that may get on it and has discolored a lillte.

I have been burning everything I make in this oven. I have lowered the temperature when I cook a product and have also shortened the time and I still overcook things. I will overcome this fault soon.
