Air fryer toaster oven broke within the first year of use. I tried to use the warranty provided and never received a new product. Wanted to love this so much but the oven broke quickly and it’s warranty was no help

After a couple of years of research, I finaly bit the bullet. The Cuisinart T60A air fryer oven is really a great buy! It does it all! Now, mind you this air fryer experience, is a new thing by and large. With all the hype of different models, it was hard to make a choice. Although convection cooking has been around for a long time, airfryers and airfryer ovens have evolved and taken convection cooking to a new level. In the end, I went with a familiar brand, Cuisinart! After a month, I'm glad with the choice I made!

Prior to this air fryer I had a Cuisinart toaster oven that gave me 15 wonderful years of grilled cheese, toast garlic bread, Etc. and I still have it working in the garage, because of high cholesterol I decided to buy the air fryer and looked, compared and research many ovens, let me tell you the best decision in a long time on the purchase of an electrical component was this Cuisinart air fryer, easy to understand great healthy food comes out of that door this is a great air fryer and everyone should own one, really everyone!

I love the look of this oven. I had to take the first one back in less than a week because the spring timer stripped and it wouldn’t stay on. I noticed it seemed to cook a little hot but I only used it a few times so didn’t get a chance to verify temperature. The second one cooked hot too so I measured the temperature. I set it on 300 and it heated to 450 and the elements continued to heat for about 3 minutes. I tried adjusting the temperature to cook. The oven would fluctuate in temperature anywhere between 25 and 100 degrees. Had to return it. I can’t cook like that. I don’t know how this oven got such good reviews. I doubt I got 2 lemons.

RETURNING - QUISINART AIRFRYER TOASTER OVEN

Either, I purchased a lemon, or the Quisinart AirFryer Toaster Oven should have warning signs for the elderly. We are unable to reach into the toaster oven and spend hours trying remove the grease left behind throughout the oven walls; top,sides, and bottom, or the permanent stains left behind near the coils. The food even sticks to the parts, hand wash, only.
I did my research before I purchased the above. Quisinart was the only air fryer that offered a year warranty. I have several Quisinart small appliances and never had this problem before.
Truly disappointed in the quality of this item. I know Quisinart can do better.
Made a mistake by giving my daughter my Quisinart Toaster/Convection Oven, there was nothing wrong with it, and it was easy to clean. Had to make room on the counter for the NEW Cuisinart AirFryer. What a mistake?
I am an old women, but I doubt the younger women with their careers, husbands' and/or children have the time or energy to waste cleaning this particular appliance.
