The air fryer is easy to use and we love the results; however, the tray (not the basket or the very bottom but the rimmed tray) is impossible to clean.

I have been using this air fryer toast oven for about 3 weeks. It cooks food quickly, it is quiet and does not generate much heat. It will be great on hot Summer days when the big oven heats the house. What I do not like is that after 3 weeks, I can see grease sticking to its non stick surfaces and the baking pan looks really dirty. I like my baking pan each time and wash it with hot sudsy water. I rarely add oil to anything that I am cooking and when I do add oil it is never more than 1 tablespoon. I'm also disappointed that its cookbook does not tell you to flip food about halfway through. I learnt the hard way and then had to go online and watch YouTube to see how people cook with this air fryer oven. This is a disappointing lack of detail. However, the difficulty keeping the oven and its accessories clean is what bothers me the most. I've tried to submit pictures, but for some reason, I am not able to select the option.

Probably one of the best investments I ever made into kitchen equipment & I've had it for about 5 years. We use it for everything. Seldom ever use the big oven unless we have too.
Quality built. Quality performance. I tried about 6 different brrabs and hands down this is the best ever. East to use, to clean up & takes up little room. Love it so much I bought one for our beach house. Well worth the money.

We've had this for a couple of months now and absolutely love it! Bought it mostly for the Air Fry feature, but it works great on the other settings as well. No more greasy food or grease cleanup! It's amazing how you can air fry tater tots, lumpia, onion rings, fries, poppers and everything else much faster than in a Fry Daddy or oven. Highly recommend it!

I bought this item several months ago for my elderly mother. Got rid of her toaster, toaster oven and seldom use her conventional oven. It is wonderful. You can literally use it for just about anything. I have made chicken tenders, prok chops, fish, etc. I google receipes every week. It's the best gift ever!!
