This is great. I love that it toasts, bakes, air fries, everything. I had one previously that claimed to toast, but it had the fan on for everything, so toast wasn't toast, it was zwieback. This is much better, and it air fries more quickly, too. Happy I purchased it.

This review is mostly a 5 star rating for the actual customer service I received. I orignally purchased the previous model of the toaster oven and had issues with the convection baking and the air fryer: everything would burn, even on the lowest heat settings. When I called customer service about this, they advised me to cut the electrical cord, take a picture of this and send it to them and they would replace my toaster oven with the new model, which also has a grill feature! I have not used all the features yet, but I have baked and made toasted items and there is no comparison: nothing is burning! I will continue to buy Cuisinart products (of which I have many) because they stand behind their products.
