I replaced my old Cuisinart toaster oven after 8 years with this model, mostly to take advantage of the air fry option. My old oven had digital controls for both temperature and time that worked well. Three stars rating on this reflects that oven temperature and time are difficult to set with accuracy. The oven temperature setting is so far off, I may still ask for a replacement. I have to set it at least 50 degrees lower than desired to avoid burning anything. On my old oven, I could put ready to bake cookie dough in at 350 degrees for 9 minutes and walk away knowing they would come out perfect. On my new oven, I set the oven below 300 for about 9 minutes (very hard to tell 8 min from 10 min on the analog time setting) and they still come out overcooked. ( The first batch set at 350 were burnt in less than 5 min.) So far the air fry and toaster settings do work well. I have not used the convection oven setting yet, until I master the temp compensation on the regular oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After buying and returning several other brands of toaster ovens and air fyers, I finally found just the right one! This Cuisinart performs just like they said it would and really doesn't take up that much room!
