Ours was a wedding gift, which was the thing I was most excited for. We initially got the TOA-60 model, which we used multiple times a week and it broke down midway through cooking chicken one night. This was only after using it for about 8 months. The company remedied the situation, and we received the TOA-70 model in exchange as we were still within the 3 year warranty period. The new one seems built to last a little more, but I've only used it once so far. The only two changes we noticed between the models were that the heaters in the newer model appear to be covered by some metal plating, which I assume makes them easier to clean (?), and there is an additional grilling plate alongside the air fryer rack, regular toasting rack, and baking tray.
The controls on both are easy to understand, but those who like to have very exact digital dials may not like it. I will admit I've hardly used the air fryer feature, but the rest has been well used. Make sure to clean the appliance soon after use to protect from excess grease. I've been very pleased with it. I joke that if there's ever a house fire, I'd go back to save the toaster oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The power, construction, materials and quietness are top-notch. The precision of temperature in relation to indicator knobs is not as scrupulously calibrated, but it's not much of a complaint, because I cook by sense rather than setting, and I prefer the power and efficiency to a 'set it and forget it' paradigm. One particular complaint, the first time I rinsed my baking tray, a piece of nonstick the size of a grain of rice flaked off at first touch [from a soft sponge with soap and water]. It's the only 'wear and tear' thus far, but it was a bad stroke of luck to have something like that happen so easily and quickly. Hopefully it won't spread.
