It is missing features that our previous cuisinart had such as a clock which showed how much time was left when in use. It is small. The air fryer was disappointing. Food did not get crisp.

This is my second machine since my original purchase less than one year ago. I was issued this replacement when the first one died. The machine frequently burns food and smokes, regardless of setting. I wouldn't purchase this again.

I got a replacement unit under my warranty because glass in front door shattered. Situation was handled professionally and efficiently. I like this machine. I use the air fryer but more often the convection oven. I never really use my regular oven with having this one.

It's a nice piece of equipment, but the temperature control is very difficult, and not at all accurate. Most of the time -regardless of the setting- it just runs up to 400 to 450 degrees, and stays there too long and then slowly moves down to "somewhere close" to the set and desired level. Maybe should have gotten a digital one, because I assume that those are more accurate.

AirFryer easily replaced several clunky appliances in my kitchen (microwave, oven, toaster). It is great for smaller spaces. It looks clean and stylish on the counter. I love using it especially for reheating food that would be ruined if reheated in the microwave, like sandwiches. AirFryer creates beautiful texture on bread, and reheats the ingredients without drying or them out. Great product, would definitely recommend!
