As mentioned by other people, either the temperate settings are incorrect or thing just need to cook for a shorter amount of time. It's also sometimes hard to find a balance between baking on the bottom rack (things will sometimes burn on the bottom later) or when placed on the high rack (the food burns on top). It's good for cooking flatter type foods but anything with >=1" should be cooked in a regualar oven. The air fryer does work great though!

Interior light burned out after the first week. Baking of cookies was unsatisfactory in that they burned on top and were raw in the center. Air fryer is ok. Toast feature was ok. A replacement was sent with a working light but all other issues were the same.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
