We have a cuisinart toaster and the tray pops out a bit when you open the door. This makes it much easier to remove your food without getting burnt. I wish this product did this as well. That is the reason for the low rating.

4 star rating is the baking pan never gets clean. It’s not stainless steel and has brown spots/stains in it that cannot be removed. Always looks dirty and old which it’s not it’s new.
