Love our toaster oven from Cuisinart but my first one had an issue where the Air Fryer stopped working. They replaced the unit since it was still under Warranty. Great Customer Service and everyone that I worked with was very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend it in a heartbeat.

Cleaning the air fryer/toaster oven is challenging

The air fryer toaster oven works great. Very convenient to have all of functions together in one appliance. The only difficulty that I have run into is cleaning the appliance. My air fryer/toaster oven because full of baked on grease. Very challenging to clean. We used baking soda and vinegar to clean it. It was a project to clean. Other than that it has been a great product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far, this has been a wonderful replacement for our previous toaster oven (died after 10+years). We love the air fryer option. Frozen foods cook more quickly and have a nice crunch. Reheating foods brings them back to original (or better) texture. We even cooked steaks (!) to perfection. Also appreciate the safety feature -open door-elements off.

Super functions on this oven. Operated very well. However, this is replacement for my first one on which the control panel failed after 6 months. So that's not good but the good news was the customer service which was outstanding dealing with the issue. They quickly sent a new model to me so I'm happy. Just hope this one lasts more the 6 months.
