It doesn't work like a regular airfryer. It's difficult to figure out the settings and how long to cook things. I've struggled since I started using it and have to watch everything I try to cook in it.

A few of the options and instructions are difficult to understand. Still trying to learn which knobs to set and which options to choose to have the desired results.

This toaster oven generally has good features. The oven has a good bit of space for various sized toasted and baked goods. Maybe we're not air fryer people but we were not overwhelmed by the awesomeness of that feature. We have not had any issues with over cooking or burning the toast.

The air fryer cooked items quickly, but I have to say every time I used it, my smoke detectors went off. Then I realized that the door would not completely shut, and steam and smoke were coming out during the cooking time. I am awaiting a replacement which Cuisinart Customer Service was quick to offer. I'll be anxious to see how the newer one will work.
