I find the multiple functions from toasting to baking, broiling, and air frying to get food, muffins/toasts, chicken drumsticks, boneless thighs, beef burger, and salmon fillet, to just right brown/crispy state. It saves time without need to heat big oven for meal for 2. It is easy to operate. However, I wish the inside oven height and width are bigger by one inch to accommodate existing 9x13 inches nonstick pans. The Cuisinart Customer Service is great and understanding when I called to ask for a replacement due to the broil and toast functions have stopped working. I did receive my replaced oven within 10 days as promised.

I like this product but the air fryer is set high and my item caught on fire. its perfect for toasting. I now use air fryer only for small items like fries but reheat fried meats, i use my ninja. it may be a user flaw but i still love the product because it goes with my decor.
