We purchased this device to replace an existing simple toaster oven. The main reason was that we wanted more than just a toaster. The Cuisinart AirFryer Toaster Oven fit that bill at a really affordable price during the recent holidays. It toasts bread and bagels perfectly and has multiple other functions that we have not even tried out yet. 10/10 would buy again.

I mainly purchased this product to make healthy fries. It does cook fries from raw potatoes but they are not crispy as it says they should be in the recipe book accompanying the fryer. After four attempts I called customer service who were very nice but didn't really have a resolution fir the problem. I'm disappointed with the oven
