Love it. It runs kind of hot, and when cooking, the outside is hot enough to burn hands. But we have no children here so that isn't much of a problem. It burns a lot of things so I have to use a lesser temperature setting. Wish it seemed truer to accurate temperature. I wish the time gradient was better marked on the dial. I love the air-fry feature. I use this a lot and do really love it. If I felt there was much of a problem I would exchange it at the store as I bought the store warranty on it.

I have used this oven almost daily since I purchased it. It cooks fast and hot so I have learned to not read the cookbook provided but use my judgment reducing heat and time. Honestly, I love it.
