The main reason I purchased the Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster Oven was that I saw an opportunity to replace some of my other appliances and condense into one. I had a great air fryer but it is big and difficult to store. Plus, this model was highly rated. Well, the toaster doesn’t work properly, it dries the bread and only partially toasts the bread and that is only one slice at a time. Can’t imagine toasting 6 slices! The air fryer works awful. Dried and burned the potato frys I was hoping to make. The small meal, a casserole did not cook properly. I don’t know how to replace this appliance, I haven’t had it less than six months, but VERY disappointed and wasted a lot of money. I value Cuisinart and I am surprised this appliance performed so poorly.

I was excited to buy this Air Fryer because it also offers other ways to cook (convection bake, bake, toast and others) and because of the square basket. The downsides are the cheap hand-turned knobs - it is impossible to tell what temperature or timing you've really set. Even in their own FB forum this is a common complaint. ALSO there is no way to quickly turn off the unit other than unplugging it - if you turn the knobs backwards it breaks (as per users in their own forum). Really, Cuisinart should be offering something a little higher end, and certainly the knobs should be digital and accurate. Major disappointment. If you can get past those issues, you might like the unit.

I purchased the Cuisinart TOA60 air fryer back in December 2017. I use it mainly for chicken wings (Buffalo style, lemon pepper, and honey hot), fries, frozen pizza, and pizza rolls, battered fish, and some appetizers. Fresh sweet potato and regular potato fries worked best, but frozen was okay you just have to watch them and don't spray them. I tried to air fry breaded okra and it only made them hard...some things are made to deep fry and okra is one of them. The basket holds about 12-15 wings so I ordered another basket and try so when I'm cooking about 30 wings, it cuts the cooking time. Also, the try has faded and looks like some coating came off and I'm glad I had the second try for the toaster oven for pizza, etc. Be careful, the knobs get hot.

I was excited to purchase this. The air fries we made we great. However, when I used the bake function, food was getting overcooked, to the point of burning. I purchased a oven thermometer and after testing the oven temps, I discovered any setting above 350 degrees would send the temperature 75 degrees above the set temp. After reading similar reviews,I returned this oven to the store that I purchased it from. Sad, because I had high expectations.

We already had an air fryer and loved it so much we wanted a second one. We came across this gem from Cuisinart while shopping and thought it would make a nice addition to our kitchen. Oh my gosh ! Talk about getting a bang for your buck ! This fabulous machine does it all. We use it all the time and heartily recommend it . We may just buy another one for our guest cottage ! A tip o the hat to Cuisinart for bringing us this wonderful machine.

I have several Cuisinart small appliances..I ha a toaster oven and wanted to get an air fryer and saw where Cuisinart made a Air Fryer Toaster oven so I purchased one..I am disappointed in it very much and wished I had kept my Cuisinart Toaster
oven instead of giving it to family member. Disappointed in the performance of the toaster and of the air fryer mostly cannot adjust the heat for both and it all dries out!the pan has discolored badly and I cannot get it clean so it looks burned..everyone I talk to love their Air Fryer but I am sorry that I do not enjoy mine one bit.

When helping to decided whether I want to purchase I took some reviews into consideration and found that almost everyone complained about this product burning their food. I’ve come to find in my own experience owning both a toaster oven and fryer separately (wanting the kitchen space hence this purchase) that it’s not a matter of it burning the food but people’s misusage. It’s powerful hence the quicker heat time of food in comparison to most so it’s really just a matter of adjustment on the users part. compare it to a microwave where one can make your food almost burning hott in 30 secs and the other takes 2min to do so .
