It cooks nice but it has the primative timer dial of any of the combo ovens out there. The time starts at 10 minutes with nothing in-between, not even dots. Lots of things cook under 10 minutes so not really worth buying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We aren't usually fans of multi-function appliances, finding that they often don't do any of the single functions as well as single function items.This appliance is the welcome exception! The air fryer and toaster functions are much more efficient than our single toaster and our other air fryer. Haven't used the oven for baking much yet, but really look forward to not heating up my large oven for a small job like baking potatoes or a small casserole dish.Air fryer is particularly hot and fast,so needs to be watched, but that food comes out PERFECT! The fact that you can see the food cooking is an advantage,as well as the large flat basket which gives plenty of space for food in a single layer.My own discovery was the best grilled cheese sandwich EVER in the air fryer in 8 minutes, turning over after 4 minutes.We are already recommending this appliance to anyone who will listen!So glad we took the chance!

This is my 2nd one. The first one lasted a little over 3 years and the selector switch went bad. I hope this one lasts a bit longer. I love to cook with this oven.
