Everything burns on the bake and bake convection settings. I've tried adjusting the temperature, the baking time, and both and everything either burns or is overdone so we don't use it. This was my first Cuisinart appliance, but will also be my last.

It is my favorite. I use it everyday. I have airfried pizza, hashbrowns, uncrustables, etc. It bakes cookies perfectly. It has a sleek design. It stays clean longer. It takes up just enough space that it isn't cumbersome.

The air fryer cooks very hot. I have had difficulty baking in the oven. Even though I preheat, browns too quickly on the top. I’ve had an air fryer and a cuisinart toaster oven and was hoping this would be a perfect combination of the two but has not met my expectations. I also don’t like the “drip pan” for the air fryer. If you pull out the air fryer basket to stir the contents, the drip pan must be pulled out too or the drippings get on the door.

The product itself is fantastic and easy to use. The durability is the issue. I purchase this item and had to replace it about 18 months later. The knob for selecting which element is used stopped working. I blamed the kids for being...well kids. Was happy with the product other than that so I just bought the same unit. Well now had the same thing happen around the same time frame. I guess it is time to try another brand.
