We really love using the many feature this unit offers. We did have the function knob get stuck and no longer worked. However, the customer service response was nothing less than shocking and amazing. I would highly recommend this unit and other Cuisinart products

It cooks too fast and hot, for example For pizza, I turn the oven down 50 degrees and it still bakes in haIf the time. It is impossible to clean the top interior surface due to the design of the burners.
