We've owned several different brands of toaster ovens over the years, this one cooks VERY hot. We were burning everything at first - so keep the temp much lower than expected and keep an eye on it! The baking pan is awful to clean, use parchment paper! Otherwise happy and like the light feature.

We keep burning the toast. It’s hard to figure out the timing issue. You would assume when you choose light it would stop or shut off but it doesn’t it just keeps toasting. Tried using the timer too still trying to figure out how to get it to automatically shut off. Keep an eye on your food.

Our air fryer malfunctioned and stopped working after just one year of use. Thankfully we had a 3 year warranty on it thru Cuisinart. I contacted Cuisinart and could not believe how easy and efficient it was to have my problem taken care of. They asked very little of me to do, practically nothing on my part, and my air fryer was replaced within days, the exact same one. And it runs great. Hopefully this one will last longer. Otherwise, 5 stars on customer care, Cuisinart. And we love our air fryer oven - it's such a practical, versatile appliance that makes delicious food and I think should be in every kitchen!

Be sure to keep eye while cooking it will burn

Have to watch it very carefully or lower the temperature then suggested it burns good easily and baking pan is not great quality rusted on the second day and cooking stains won’t come out customer service is sending replacement pan or else I would give it a better rating
