Timer for baking does not include any increments less that 10 minutes and we are frequently burning things as a result. Also we’ve already had to replace it after being under a year old.

Cuiainart makes great things better than most other companies. This machine is a perfect example, knobs operate smoothly and feel secure. The interior light illuminates the interior nicely. The included trays are solid feeling and the fryer basket is a good size. Well worth the money!
