I bought this for the air fry feature and to replace our DeLonghi convection bake toaster oven. While it toasts FAR better than the DeLonghi, baking and air frying have yet to prove themselves. The oven cavity itself is rather small, making it really tough to pull out toast without the risk of burning the top of your hands. But I guess that's why it toasts faster and more evenly than the larger ovens. Unfortunately, it also means lots of scorched food while on the bake and air fry functions. The two tray positions either put the food too close to the top heating elements or too close to the bottom ones. So you have to choose between scorching the top or crisping the bottom. I've tried my own along with the recommended and even an inversed top rack on the bottom to try to gain some "middle ground". No luck.
So 5 stars for the toasting, 3 stars for all the other features.
