Unfortuantely, the timer / temperature settings are very off from the recommended cooking times. I've kept separate notes after trial and error on the ideal time and temperature. After a while, I seem to be getting the hang of it but still a pain. Also, I wish the trays were dishwasher safe...

Wish I had spent the extra $ and gotten the digital. But love it - does more than I thought it would - especially because of size. I use it for so much, so I don’t have to turn my oven on when it’s warm.

My toaster oven died and I thought this would be a great replacement from the times it showed up on the "Best" lists. The first time I used it I burnt my dinner. It runs very hot and I have to lower the temp between 25 to 50 degrees. The temperature dial goes up to a broil setting but you can not turn it past 450. The timer starts at 10 minutes and if you need less you are better off setting and alternate timer. I had to broil something and the recipe said 1-2 minutes. I set it on the setting and turned the temp to 450 and it took over 10 minutes.

Pros: Easy to use and food is ready in 10 mins with no oil!!!
Cons: the buttons get too hot and the air fryer is too powerful, when cooking 350F is enough to cook anything without burning it.

Loved this unit when I purchased it. It was used multiple times a week. I was pretty disappointed 5 months in when it stopped working. Customer service was awesome and resolved my issue very quickly. We are back to toasting and air frying and loving it.
