We gave one as a gift last year. They loved it. When our toaster oven died, we got one for ourselves. Love the analog dials and the auto-off. Air fry works, and the toaster is even.

Preparing food in this oven is somewhat more complicated than the original Cuisinart toaster oven I own. When making something like a pot pie for instance there are numerous steps necessary including alternately switching the pie between the oven and a microwave in order to thoroughly cook a frozen meal and browning the crust without burning it. Although not recommended by the manufacturer, covering the the crust with foil briefly during one stage is recommended by this user.
The oven’s timer is off so one must watch closely or your food will be over cooked and burned. As a general rule of thumb whatever the cooking instructions suggest is twice the time needed and your dinner will be burned if you follow those instructions. The timer allows a ten minute setting however it’s actually closer to fifteen minutes in duration.
While it is possible to make cookies, pizza, frozen foods and packaged bread dough products this user suggests standing by and watching at all times while the oven is in use as well as generally cutting the cooking time in half.

I bought this unit to replace two large appliances on my countertop; an air fryer and a toaster oven. So far, I love it. The different functions seem to work very well.
