Toasting is very slow with uneven results. Air frying is good but interior of unit is hard and tedious to clean after air frying, broiling and sometimes baking. Worst of all, instructions say they o not clean inserts in dishwasher - only by hand in hot sudsy water - they are very difficult to clean.

I’m still in the testing stages of air frying food. I fried a whole chicken and it was amazing. I cooked French toast and when I flipped the bread half way through (3-4 minutes) the air fryer stopped working and wouldn’t restart until it cooled down. What’s up with that?

Cuisinart stands behind its three year warranty. We liked our unit very much but one of the controls failed two years in, and Cuisinart replaced the unit. This is good customer service and appreciated.

Size and performance is very nice. This oven is like having a compact second oven with air frying ability. It takes a little bit of trial and error to learn to use the air fryer but worth it. I really like the timer. It helps with cooking. The light is an additional plus also. Another perk is the cleaning tray under the oven. Pull it out and clean excess food off easily! I had read some users were dissatisfied with the odor of start up but I found no problem. I thoroughly removed all packaging materials out of every crack etc., then turned it on empty for a while. No obnoxious odors. I hope it lasts a long time!
