Temperature runs high and tends to overcook items. It seems that smoke doesn't escape well (small vent on the back). Also doesn't cook evenly, flipping food is a requirement. My 2nd air fryer, and unfortunately we prefer the other cheaper brand. You have to stand and watch the food the entire time which takes away the convenience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
