This is a very versatile product that makes cooking easy. It is easy to operate and switch between baking, air frying, toasting/broiling. I like the simple design and size. Small enough to fit on countertop, but large enough to cook for 4. I would give this five stars if temp setting was digital rather than analog dial. The air fry basket works great, but requires a brush to clean thoroughly. I would buy this again, give as a gift to newlyweds or my parents. I use this daily, great buy!

It works as advertised. Everything we used it for thus far has come out very good. You have to be attentive and learn how it cooks and make adjustment in temperature and cook time as needed.

I like all the features; we have even broiled a steak in it! I thought it was kind of big but really it is the size of our old toaster oven just a little taller. Husband loves how it cooks toast and bagels. Oldest son loves the crisp fries. Happy that your brand has such a great reputation and customer care. (Sometimes rare, please never get rid of that!)

After 3 weeks of use, we have found many things not to like about this air fryer toaster oven. Initially, we noticed how difficult it is to read the dials because the letters and numbers do not stand out. The timer and temperature can only be set at vague ranges, with no measure of accuracy. The top heating element comes back on (after Preheating) during the BAKE setting - which causes the food to burn as if in a broiler - that's just wrong. We can't recommend this TOA.
