I purchased this product due to the great reputation of Cuisinart as well as the features of having both a toaster oven and Air Fryer in one. Big mistake. It doesn’t toast well and the two times I used the Air Fryer setting it filled my home up with smoke to where I needed to open windows in 44 degree weather. I will be returning it this weekend.

I bought this a month ago and am very unhappy. I have adjusted temperature properly and still am having issues with it burning food. I prepared crescent rolls for baking. The outside was crisp and the inside was cold and doughy. That’s just one example of the many issues I’ve had. I’m currently waiting to hear back from the company.

The air fryer is very easy to use. It crisped our leftover chicken wings well. We have yet to master making crispy potatoes. We were afraid that the toaster function wouldn’t work as well as our Cuisinart toaster oven, but it does. The only thing that we have a bit of trouble with is putting the pan, with the basket, into the oven. It doesn’t slide in easily.

The Cuisinart AirFryer Toaster Oven is a great substitute for a convection oven - attractive, large enough to roast a chicken. Easy, energy-efficient, way to cook a quick meal. My only complaint is the challenge of cleaning the interior and cooking trays.
