Bought this to replace my old toaster oven. This oven has a lot of options for cooking. It heats everything much faster than my last oven so you need to really watch as you get used to it and may want to bake things at a lower heat level to make sure everything is cooked through before the top of the food is over cooked. I love the air fryer and am finding myself using this most of the time! Overall this oven is great and I am looking forward to cooking a lot of my food in it to save time, save energy and to cook healthier.

It is easy to operate. Air fryer works very well. Bakes faster than convection oven. It is large but I would be hard pressed to replace it for a smaller size.

Purchased this product before Christmas via online vs. seeing it in person (due to Covid). Setting oven cook time with a dial timer marked in 15 min. increments (vs. a digital one) provides little consistency for user. Digital timer would be MUCH better, but I didn't realize it before I purchased it. I also thought it would have had multiple tray placements (based on it's large size) plus options to buy more trays (mesh & solid). It comes with one mesh wire basket and one solid tray as well a rack to hold the tray. There is one tray slot in the middle and one at the very bottom. I would have liked to see 2 or 3) slots (not inc. bottom) to allow for stacking 2 mesh trays at the same time, but that's not possible unless one sits on the bottom of the oven. I am disappointed that I cannot cook more than one tray of food with all around air frying to double the volume I can cook.

Like just about any new appliance you have to get used to this one. Cooking times will vary depending on the temperature of the oven when you start. Meaning if you cooked the main dish in here now its time for sides to be cooked, watch out. The oven is already warmed up.
The booklet has "suggested" cooking times for a variety of items. They are just suggestions. Keep an eye on the items.
Once you learn what cooking times are best for you this is a fantastic item to own/have.
