Very disappointed in product. If I select 400 degrees on any setting the heat goes up to at least 450 degrees or more. I have tested the oven with a oven therometer that I used in my own oven. I now see other reviewer having the same problem. If I could return this unit I would.

Great improvement on the traditional toaster oven. Nice design. Easy to use dials. Air fry feature is interesting, like a convection oven with fan on top, still experimenting. There’s no removable crumb tray, so cleaning the bottom isn’t very convenient.

I love all the features and highly recommend this product. The only problem I have is the pan is not as easy to clean as I thought it would be. I’ve used it 5 or six times and I want to replace it.

This is my third air fryer - I've had to use the warranty twice because it stops working within less than a year. I would not recommend this product for that reason.
