I love, love, love this oven! I’ve used the air fryer numerous times and it works great. The capacity is larger than other air fryers. I’ve done 2 dozen chicken wings with no problem. I’ve baked and toasted and it’s perfect. I’m cooking for 2 so it’s the perfect size instead of heating my huge oven, especially in the Florida heat. You won’t be disappointed.

The air fryer works faster and at lower temperatures than the oven instructions on your recipe or frozen food instructions. Go at least 25 degrees cooler and carefully check progress along the way. It’s not a stick it in and forget it kind of appliance but your attentiveness will be rewarded with a superior product.

This product heat fluctuates A LOT. I purchased 1 unit and returned it thinking it was that specific unit. I replaced it with the same model. The 2nd unit did the same thing. Set on 300/Bake the unit climbed over 400 then back down below 270, 3 times in a 10 min period. I tried the air frying for French fries and bacon burning both. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star.

After initially feeling suspicious of this appliance, I must say its a welcome addition to the kitchen. The toaster works great, and the air fryer feature is very good. One caution....it cooks a lot faster than you think it will. French fries will get blackened easily so keep an eye on them. Also, treat those setting knobs gently...never force them !

I would give it a 5 star because of all the features and the 3 year warranty replacement option that Cuisinart offers, but I am
on my 4th Cuisinart air-fryer (same model #). The first one was a gift, the next 2 were replacements from Cuisinart (over the course of 6 months) and the 4th one I purchased myself. This is an amazing air-fryer that has all the necessary features but we keep running into issues with the turn dials “sticking”and no longer working, the unit not powering on in certain settings or at all. I ended up purchasing this same unit again in hopes that these kinks have been worked out. So far so good. If this new unit ends up the same way previous ones have, then I’m going to have to move to another brand.

As an air fryer this item is top notch. I also use it for making toast. I’m disappointed in the Bake functions and have not been able to use that with any success. Everything burns and drys out. I hope to try again making biscuits or sliders but don’t want to waste any more food.
