The problem lies with the dials. They are very hard to read, the distance between 0 min and 10 min is less then .5 inches with no markings to determine where the indicator is. Same for the temperature reading. Burned several food items because what I thought was 5 min turned out to be 8 min. Doesn't seem like much until your food burns, then it blows.

It cooks the top really fast. I have burned items at first because of this reason. I foil a lot so i can make pies and cakes. It roasted my turkey very well. Its my only oven in the house because mine broke its work in progress.
