Using manual selectors doesn't provide precision that sometimes required in today's cooking when selecting time and temperature. In today's digital age and with Cuisineart as a top quality kitchen brand, my expectations are finally met in their next digital model.

I initially purchased a different well known brand, but it was really small. I returned it and purchased this air fryer based on my friend's recommendation. This one is GREAT! We use it to warm food, use the convection oven to cook food super fast, and air fry as well as toast! The options are endless!

It was very difficult to clean. Also we purchased our Oct 2018 and our air fryer stopped working 9/2020. We made many email attempts to contact the company in regard to warranty. It just stop working.
