We've been very pleased with our new purchase. Wanted an air fryer, but also needed to be sure that we would still have the toaster oven option. After looking at several, we noticed that not all air fryers offered the toaster oven option. We have limited counter space and were replacing our old toaster oven. Love the potatoes/carrots with olive oil, cooked in the air fryer. 20 minutes is awesome!! And the guys are lovin the chicken wings too! Haven't used our traditional oven in weeks!!

I read most of the comments prior to purchase. They were surprisingly accurate.
PROS:
It is very attractive, reasonably priced and has excellent customer service. The unit has a large variety of functions which allowed me to replaced two appliances!
CONS:
The oven runs too hot: between 35-50 degrees too hot. Once you know this, you can adjust accordingly. The toaster dial broke which was a safety concern. They, however, replaced it without a hassle.

As a family of 4, we’ve only used this appliance for all our toasting and baking needs since we’ve received it! We haven’t used our “big” oven even once. It is much more convenient than to preheat a larger oven. Remember to watch your food until you figure out the cook time and temperature combination. I ended up with burnt food a few times because I walked away while.

I love this air fryer toaster oven. As with any new appliance, read the instructions and watch the time and temperatures when first using, to get used to any adjustments in recipes. I keep a listing of the times and temps. I use as I try new things. It will bake faster than a larger oven. My only complaint is I cannot keep the baking pan clean. Although I use Bon Ami and wash it after each use, it has discolored and I can't get rid of that. I am using aluminum foil on the pan now....but don't let the aluminum foil reach over the sides of the pan.

Excellent capacity but no digital controls

I absolutely love the versatility of this appliance. I didn’t want to take the leap on an air fryer because I don’t like cluttering my countertop with a multitude of appliances/gadgets. This replaced my toaster and I also gained a small oven, perfect for baking potatoes, roasting veggies and reheating food. The air fryer function works well and provides superior food capacity, so I usually don’t have to cook in batches for my family of four. Just know, you should decrease the temp about 25-50 degrees from traditional air fryer recipes and watch closely. This is my reason for docking a star...the lack of precision. I’m not sure why they designed this device with an egg timer and a temp dial with 50-degree increments. It’s a digital world, y’all, I need digital buttons.
Nevertheless, my family and I used this appliance multiple times per day for a couple of years and then the bake/convection bake/air fry functions stopped working. I was going to use that as an excuse to switch to another brand that had digital controls but my husband called Cuisinart and told them of the problem and they sent us a brand new one. So, on we continue to find those sweet spots in the analog dials!

Why did I wait so long to purchase this? Price (well worth it), counter space (it’s not as big as I thought), another gadget (practical & useful). Easy to use. Not messy. Food cooks and reheats well. So many options in one product. Did not disappoint and would recommend to my family & friends.
