Everything works great. Crisp french fries, bacon, etc. Would be 5 stars, but basket hard to clean.
It is probably just an inevitable issue with all such products, but the basket is hard to clean. The bits of bacon and grease get stuck in the intersection of the wires in the basket. Cleaning takes a long time and sometimes you don't want to use because you don't feel like cleaning it after.
Additionally, the bell on the toaster timer is loud and there is no way to turn it off. In the morning when others are still sleeping, it can be annoying.
I still love this product and would recommend it to anyone, especially if you get on sale like I did.

This is my first experience with an air fryer, so I don't have anything to compare it to. In the limited experience, this seems to run hot, which is my only complaint. There's a bit of a learning curve to finding the right temperature, but ultimately it does a great job. The toaster function is excellent. Bread, bagels, etc.. have all been toasted evenly and quickly. So far I'm impressed, and it was definitely worth splurging on. Less important, I love the style and I think it's very classy!

Usually when something does a lot of different things it doesn’t do any of them well. This item is the exception. Of course, it toasts, broils, and bakes, but it also air fries and has a high speed convection oven. I’m trying new stuff every day. All that it does it does well, and it’s fun to try them all out!

Love this oven. It's really fast and does not heat up the area. Also had to use customer service for a specific reason but they were very quick to respond and surprisingly helpful. Using oven daily to air fry, bake, toast etc. Very happy with this esp considering much higher price of others I was looking at buying. Great size for a couple people, but fast if u have to cook for more.

Do not like how it smokes when anything drips through basket onto pan. Also can't clean pan and was told not to use foil on pan. Would like you to solve that problem.
