Cant say good enough thing about this oven and the customer support, I use it multiple times daily, after 1.5 years the unit was not working due to power unit, it simply would not turn on, I contacted customer support and they sent me a new one very quickly, I trust this brand due to the excellent performance and the great customer service, will definitely be the go to brand from now on, thanks allot

The fryer feature is okay but the oven overall is disappointing. My first oven died within 8 months and the replacement sent is starting to have problems (high noise). The toasting function is below average. The oven is very large for the usable oven space.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall a great product. Has replaced a separate toaster and air fryer appliance. I find the toaster takes a bit longer to toast but once you find the sweet spot, all good. The air fryer works extremely well and much faster than my old one. I love that the temperature can be regulated as many recipes specify temperatures for beat results.
