We really enjoy this product. Wishes - The biggest thing to know first hand is the timer needs to be more accurate especially since cooking time are included in the instructions. Watch your food and timer settings when first using this. After you get to know the timer's knob position then you can cook or air fry anything!!!! Makes great fries!!!! The size is too big for my storage area so I have to leave it on the counter but we use so often that this is a good thing. I totally recommend this product.

This is a gem that has become the most used appliance in our kitchen since day one! Air-frying, reheating, toasting, baking- we love that it does it all. It's perfect for the two of us so we don't have to use the big oven (especially in the summer!). It also comes in handy when company comes. WE;ve had it two months now and are very happy with it.

Definitely need to keep an eye on things initially. Need to get acquainted with the machine. I followed cooking instructions for fries and my fires burnt. Next time I lowered the level and they were fine, but did need to keep an eye on. Chicken thighs turned out great. Make sure you wipe down the interior after cooking. You will know if you did not The time you cook.
