Only rarely do we use the full-size conventional oven as this fryer is faster and does a better job of cooking. The Cuisinart quality and durability is immediately apparent. Before purchasing, make sure the customer knows exactly where this appliance will be placed. We read in the instruction booklet that it cannot be placed under or near wall cabinets.
