Love the product but the drip pan is the worst. It needs to be a coated product. I sprayed it first before using the air fryer big mistake . It all baked on and I can’t get it off even after scrubbing with non porous cleanser. I hate it.

(1) The material used for the trays is difficult to clean. I had used it for the first time and there were already stains that were hard to remove. First time I experienced difficulty in cleaning a NEW baking tray. (2) Cuisinart should have made it more convenient to have a pre-heating knob, esp for people who are multi-tasking while cooking. (3) Food is burnt if I follow recipe instructions so I have learned to lower the temperature when cooking.

I bought this unit because I didn’t want to use the oven anymore. I also bought it because it had an air fryer. The toaster was subpar. It did toast but the texture of the bread was very different than when you use the toaster but I was able to get used to that. The air fryer is the most horrible feature on this unit. No matter what I tried to air fry, no matter what temperature they said do use even if I lowered it even if I put the rack on the bottom even if I turn things halfway through everything that I cooked burnt and was cold inside.So I returned it

Oven not calibrated at factory. Despite decreasing temperatures by 75 degrees AND cutting baking times in half everything burned.

Makes life easier with plenty of useful features. We really enjoy the air fryer feature. Spray on a little oil and make some great French fries. Nice job on chicken and fish also. The larger size over a toaster oven is nice also. It’s just my wife and I, so most meals for two can be done with air fryer. A nice steak under the broiler comes out great. Haven’t used the broiler in our regular oven but once since getting this. A real time saver, heats up quickly and easy to keep clean.
