I had high expectations and it’s probably due to the product being hyped up. The grease pan stains easily, I’ve only had this for a few months and I clean it after every use but the stain from the grease doesn’t come off easily or at all!
Also, the heat is very high or uneven. If I air fry anything over 300 for more than 10 minutes, it’ll burn.
The timer doesn’t work well. It’ll shut off mid-use and if we don’t pay attention, our foods burn. We have to unplug and plug it in again to “reset”. It’s strange. We’d like to set it and forget it til we hear the “ding” but it’s just not working for us.
I’m a bit disappointed because I had such high hopes.

It works best on lower temperatures when you air fry. For example if the packaging says 400 in an oven cook at 300 in the air fryer

My major disappointment with this product is the inaccurate temperature control. When I set the temperature for 350 degrees the actual oven temperature runs as high as 425 degrees. For any setting, I estimate that the actual temperature is 75 to 100 degrees higher than my setting. The second disappointment is that the timer is inaccurate -- set the timer for 20 minutes on the dial and it might ring at 17 minutes, or maybe 22 minutes. The appliance is convenient to use for quick warm-ups, but is unreliable for any cooking that requires precision
