I will start by saying that I have been a fan of the Cuisinart brand for more than 25 years. When I decided to buy an air fryer, I did not search for any brand but the Cuisinart. Now I am very sorry I didn’t. This unit as well as the accessories do not meet the Cuisinart standards. The “drip” pan or “baking pan” is not stainless steel and discolored very easily because it cannot be scrubbed. My unit stopped working at about a year out. I enjoyed cooking with it, but because the materials are inferior and my unit quit working within a year, I rated it very low. I was sent a new unit immediately, but upon further investigation, I found that there were many people having problems with the same unit and have had to return it no questions asked. It really is a shame because this problem is detrimental to the overall brand.

Decent. Pretty big. Annoying to clean and seems to nuke every food to smitherines. Cooking times, even according to your recipe book need to be adjusted or else everything burns. When timed right, everything turns out great!

We purchased the Cuisinart Air Fryer Oven about 11 months ago have used it regularly. We enjoy the ease of preparation and serving the for light "fried" taste it gives. Simple and tasty. Just last month, however, the oven would not function correctly on the air fryer setting an air broil setting. In addition, the toast function works but can used with both the oven ad toast timers. It would work in the other modes: oven, broil and air broil and warm.
We contacted Cuisinart Customer Service by phone and after review, we were up and running with a new unit in two days. High praises to the oven and customer service!

I love the way this works when new. It air fries nicely. Cooks much faster than my full sized oven at the same temperature. I use it once or twice every day. My first one failed in 2 years. Cuisenart replaced it without problem. It is essential to keep the inside clean which is difficult because of the nooks and crannies inside. I don't air fry in my replacement one because it is so difficult to clean. Wish it came as a self cleaning option.

Have made a lot of meat dishes and it does a great job. Still learning to do muffins. They tend to get to dark on top. Blueberry muffins in manual that came with it don’t take as much time in oven without burning. Great for cooking main dishes for 2 people. Beats heating house up with oven.

We are loving our new Cuisinart multi-function oven. Other reviewers have mentioned this, but it bears repeating - this oven runs hot. I’ve been reducing the temperature by 25-30 degrees. I also keep a close eye on my food to ensure it doesn’t burn. I find the timer ineffective, so I just use the timer on my microwave. Generally I give the oven 7-10 minutes to heat up and have found this effective. I’ve cooked chicken legs and thighs at 375 degrees for about 12-15 minutes per side. That about lines up with my older basket style air fryer (I cooked the chicken at 400 in the basket style). This oven cooks frozen fries and tater tots perfectly. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
