Only one small criticism particular to when the tray is in position 2. It's difficult to grasp when taking it out of a hot oven. I have small hands but getting a good grip on it to pull it out is difficult. Otherwise, this oven is flawless.

I keep my appliances clean. I am very disappointed in the wear of the finish of the basket and tray. It is impossible to keep that surface clean. I have used the appliance ten times,I can’t imagine what it will look like in 6 months. I have thought of returning it.

The toaster over works as advertised. It has several features I hadn't used before or was completely ignorant of. The documentation was clear and I quickly learned to use the oven's versatile feature. I'm very happy with the air fryer. I hadn't had one before but find many opportunities to leverage its quick timing and crispy results. I haven't had the oven long enough to speak about its durability, but it seems well constructed.

So far I do like this air fryer. One down side, you have to turn the knob backwards to stop the timer if your food is done before the time runs out. Everything we have made has turned out great and tasty!1
