Positives: Makes cooking SO much faster, more healthy, flexible in preparing meals. Negatives: I wish the directions were a bit more detailed as to how to properly and effectively use the "Fryer" (convection oven) feature. (or when to use it vs the regular baking feature) It includes a fryer basket, shelf, and solid pan, plus a drip pan int the bottom. Do you use the fryer basket and allow the food to drip to the bottom? If I use the solid pan beneath the fryer basket doesn't that effect the convection (airflow) feature? I've experimented and I am finding my own answers, and also started a book with the times it takes to cook items. I love using it, just experiencing a learning curve. More detailed direction/instruction would have been welcome. You must watch cooking closely, as when your item is almost done, it goes from "almost" to overdone, in less than 60 seconds. it certainly has cut my dinner preparation time in half, and cooking oil a thing of the past.

I don't have a lot of counter space and I had a toaster oven that I used everyday so I bought this unit because it was an air fryer and a toaster oven and would fit in the same space. What a wonderful experience. First of all, all the air fryers we looked at were plastic and clumsy to open. This unit is metal, easy to open and very easy to clean. Frozen foods are a breeze, but the real beauty are steaks. We aren't allowed to grill in our apartment so all our steaks are done on the stove followed by the oven. This air fryer is large enough to cook more than one steak at a time. In fact I cooked three small 1 and a half inch tenderloin steaks with ease and they turned out perfect and juicier than any I had done in the oven. Yesterday I cooked a London broil that I sliced and marinated and made wonderful beef jerky that taste just like you'd buy at the store and was able to cook the entire cut at one time. It also makes wonderful toast. It cost a little more than some of the plastic models but in my opinion it's well worth the cost.

I bought two, one about 8 or 9 months ago for my home in Pennsylvania. I use it minimum 3 or 4 times a week. In December we were going to Arizona for a few months so I decided to order one for there. I am always telling friends how I use it, preparing different things. I probably sold a few more bragging about it,

I have used the air fryer several times and it works great, better than using our normal oven. Toast is a breeze. The only problems we have had is cleaning the tray, we used oven cleaner and it still doesn't get the tray clean.

Bought this a month ago and have already changed my cooking style and reduced my time cooking significantly!!!! This machine is fast and cooks whatever I throw at it to perfection !!! We are air frying almost everything now ( haven’t figured out pasta yet but soon! ) controls are easy to understand and cleanup is s breeze. ( line the tray with foil and throw the basket in the dishwasher .... done )
