I bought it about a month ago and have used the bake, airfry and toast features and they work great. The airfry worked much faster than expected, so will need to learn the adjust the timer acordingly, but I love the airbake feature. The exterior was hot to touch, so keep plastic and children out of reach.

Purchased on line, arrived quickly, easy to read instructions, fast set up. It does bake hotter and faster than my Black &Decker, so monitor when baking. I reduced recommended 450 to 400 and time from 1 hour to 45 minutes and perfectly cooked. High quality item

A Counter Top Oven For Those Who Know How to Bake

This was a Hanukkah gift this year and has proved to be an indispensable appliance in our home. Despite the "warnings" of the temperature control being poorly calibrated; I would counter this with the following. I have no issue with the temperature because I monitor the baking, take notes on the time and appearance of what was baked, and have no issue in consistently baking perfect dishes. This is not an appliance for cooks who are "literal" recipe followers. This is a perfect appliance for cooks who are adaptable and understand each appliance is unique and understanding an appliance's uniqueness is the key to optimizing the appliances features. The oven is commodious, in terms of the depth, and due to its size, it does “run” hot. But the temperature is consistent, and if one monitors how certain items bake in the oven, and use these notes/insights for future baking projects, the results will be consistent, and the baking will be perfect. In summary, practice, learn, adapt, and use.

However the thing I am so very disappointed with is it is very difficult to clean
Items can not go into the dishwasher and even after soaking the trays etc the appliance looks dirty and old only after maybe 10 times of use.
