This definitely takes getting used to. You have to do some trial and error. That being said, once you get the hang of it, it is great for so many things. What I like most is that you can bake, broil and roast without your kitchen getting hot! It is attractive, fits nicely on most counters and is overall a great value.

The air fryer function works extremely well have used several times already and have made "fried" wings without flour and they were excellent. Have also made fresh breaded chicken fingers three times and has turned out great. Frozen pizza was as good if not better than the oven. Left over coconut shrimp and steak re-heads excellent in the air-fryer function for shrimp and broiler for steak. If you are going to buy an air fryer you may want to buy this multi-function oven.

Bought it 3 weeks ago and use it often, mostly as a toaster but also to warm things quickly; food doesn't get chewy/rubbery like it does sometimes in the microwave. Air fryer works great too using little oil and cooks everything crisply.

Bought this unit about a month ago and am still experimenting with all of its options. We have tried many of them and are very happy with the results. Just be careful because the case gets VERY HOT!

This is my second Cuisinart toaster oven after giving my last one to my son for his apartment. I absolutely love love the air fryer and the convection broiler and toaster. You do need to pay attention to direction about 2 level in oven. It does run hot so I cut all of the cooking times. I wish it had a digital timer for more precision but that is my only real issue.
