Purchased this approx 3 weeks ago to replace an older Black & Decker toaster oven. My husband and I use the Cuisinart daily for toast - 1 or 2 slices with room for several more pieces of bread. Toasts evenly - still working on figuring out my preference on the dial to get the perfect amount of toasting. I have used the air fryer twice. It seems like the recipe temperature is going to need to be adjusted down by 25 or more degrees to prevent over burning on toppings or thinner portions of veggies. Used the oven to cook biscuits one morning, I think I used the convection setting and should have reduced the temp in this situation as well. We did cook Sister Shubert rolls on the Bake function for Thanksgiving meal and the tops of the rolls were really brown, and pretty much overcooked - and this was using the temp listed on the package. Going forward whenever I use the bake, convection or air fry settings, I'm going to reduce the temp and see if that gives me better results. I look at this as just getting used to the oven. Overall, I am pleased with the purchase. It looks good on my counter and does not take up too much space. In the photo, I have the air fryer basket sitting on top since we use the toaster rack every day and it is just easier to not take it in and out except when needed.
The oven basically has a square foot print. Usable interior dimensions are 4.75" H (bottom of lower rack to top broiler element) and 12" wide and 12" deep. Exterior - there is 3.75" from the top of the oven to the bottom of my cabinet front; measures 14" from the backsplash (with the oven back spacers pushed against the backsplash) to the front of the oven, plus add 1.75" for the handle. Exterior width is 16". I list these dimensions because I found it difficult to determine accurate dimensions prior to purchasing and did not want it to take up too much space on the counter. I have not found that the exterior gets noticeably hot, but warm to the touch when using the oven for extended period of time, i.e. 15-20 minutes. I would purchase again.

I bought this thinking it was a good deal...was not...food cooks to close to the heating elements...Burns the top of your food...Not what I thought it would be...also temp control is way off...they could of done better...looks good that's about it!

I bought this toaster oven to replace an old one that started to act fluky. I thought adding the air fry function sounded like a good idea. It was. And I really like this one's build quality and function.
The controls took me a little bit to get used to. I find then just a bit confusing but maybe simply because they are different than the old one. A little more concentration got me through.

It is more powerful and cook faster than my old toaster oven so that initially resulted in some "dark" toast and baked food. That is also an adjustment I had to make. No problem. Faster is good.

Good looking but disappointing baking performance.

Nice looking appliance, but the baking performance is disappointing. I tried baking fresh croissants at the time and temperature recommended by the producer, and they came out burnt to a crisp. No apparent connection between the temperature setting and the actual baking temperature. Still trying to figure out the right process. Really like the product concept but disappointing to say the least.

I returned this toaster oven. It burned everything. I turned the time and temp down and it still burned everything. I bought an oven thermometer to check the temp. When I had the oven set to 350 degrees it actually heated to over 450 degrees. I read online where this had happened to many others who had bought this model.

I really wanted to love this but that was not possible. The Cuisinart Toaster Oven Air Fryer never worked correctly. It ran hot and burned everything. The temperature was more than 5O degrees off. I will be returning it.

It's bigger than I would have liked but is powerful. It cooks things well. The negatives are as all the reviews say - it burns if you don't stay watching it, the timer knob does not work so you have to set a separate timer, and the aluminum pans are stained on second use, even tho' I read how to clean them.
