I received the air fryer as a gift. Used it for everything for about a month and then it stopped working altogether. I usually associate cuisinart with quality so I’m unsure, in this case, if it’s a fluke or absolutely everything now is made to break.

I had purchased the Cuisinart Air-Fryer Toaster Oven 9 years ago and i wanted to upgrade to the newer one. I don't use my oven very much anymore because the Cuisinart does it all. I highly recommend this Air-Fryer Toaster Oven

When it works it is great. After about six months of owning this, it would not work on some settings. The know for selecting the cooking type became difficult to turn and then the oven would not come on. We have to play with it a lot to get it to turn on for some settings. Not the quality I expected.

I am very disappointed in the oven/baking. It burns everything. I have to put it on convention oven and lot less temp and time and watch it the whole time. That is the main function for me is baking. I wish I had read more of the reviews concerning burning issues I would have chose something else.

The air fryer is a wonderful cooking tool but there are some glitches in the design of this one. It is very hard to clean the top where the fan draws the air. The top of the oven is blocked by electric elements ( for toasting, baking, etc.) in front of the fan. I just can’t get behind that to clean the grease buildup. Another problem that has less to do with design and more to do with quality of materials used is the bottom tray that catches crumbs (can be pulled out to clean) shows pitting and discoloration after just a few uses. The baking tray also is a very poor quality. It discolors and pits. I use aluminum foil to line the tray now. This is an expensive purchase and in less than 1 year my oven just stopped working. The good news is that Cuisinart sent me a new one right away. The bad news is that it is the same model. I don’t expect it will last very long. I do love the idea of this oven, just not the durability of it.
