Liquid shoots out from the lid area, machine is very noisy and doesn’t do a good job blending. I have the bullet and that does a better job at blending. Not happy with this product, very disappointed

The directions most definitely do not clearly state how to assemble the unit properly for operation. We were set to return the unit when a friend told us they had exactly the same problem and showed us the “trick”!
