Really nice machine. The design is nice and the bowl connects smoothly to the base and is easy to remove as well. Blade works great. Easy to clean. Looks nice. This is my second Cuisinart Food Processor, and I'm really happy with it.

I love the 8 cup food processor. My previous one was the food processor/blender which only had a 3 cup bowl. I actually had 2 of these, with the second one not lasting as long as the first. The motor on this one seems strong enough to do whatever I need. I chop baby carrots for my carrot cake, and I grate cheese a lot. Also I made mayonnaise recently.

I really like the speed and ease of use of the food processor. I had an old Cuisinart that I gave to my son. He still uses the old one and loves it. I find the new Elemental much easier to open and close plus it does all the things I like for a processor to do.
