I have used the processor once and found it to work similar to my older DC-10, I do appreciate that is lighter weight, the gray color is nice and won't discolor and yellow overtime like my older machine.
I did find the locking mechanism for the lid to be tight and backward to what I'm used. However I DO NOT miss all the extra pieces from the DC-10 so the streamlined design is much preferred. What drove me to purchase this was the locking mechanism on the upper part of the DC10 broke and forced me into purchasing a new unit since parts are no longer available and by bowl was beginning to crack.
I would be nice if you could store the flat blades inside the tub which because of the design I'm unable to.
