Although I was a bit worried that the new processor wouldn’t measure up to the old model I had been using since 1980(!) I love this machine! It’s true that it’s lighter, but that turns out to be a good thing! Also it’s easy to use and clean and I’m glad I finally made the switch!

Making salsa, pesto, cole slaw & gazpacho is a snap with this food processor. Easy to use & clean. No complaints. I gave it 4 out of 5 because the plastic components are less heavy-duty than my previous processor that was about 20 years old so I'm washing by hand instead of in the dishwasher so as not to damage the plastic.
